Terms of service

These terms govern your use of InMagic, operated by Magic Technology, Corp. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You may only connect an Instagram account you own or are authorised to manage.
- Keep access to your email secure; it is how you sign in.
What InMagic does
InMagic reads your Instagram profile, posts and insights, with your permission, and writes a report and suggestions from them. Suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong; review them before you publish or rely on them.
Plans and payment
- Beginner is free. Creator is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. The Pro report is a one-time purchase that includes 30 days of Creator features.
- You can cancel a subscription any time in Billing; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Your content
You own your content and what you create with InMagic. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or use it in breach of Instagram’s terms.
